Azadeh Momenghalibaf
Azadeh Momenghalibaf is a systems-change strategist and ecosystem weaver working at the intersection of health, philanthropy, and regenerative futures. She currently serves as Steward of Biological Wealth at Project Biome, where she is developing the Biome Flow Fund—a regenerative capital vehicle aligning finance with ecological restoration and community resilience. She previously served as Program Manager at the Transition Resource Circle (TRC), organizing wealth holders toward post-capitalist futures, and spent over a decade at the Open Society Foundations advancing global health and access to medicines. She also served as Senior Advisor to the WHO Council on the Economics of Health for All. Her work focuses on how we transform systems to address the meta-crisis and advance life-affirming futures.
