Bren Russell is a psychedelic integration coach, facilitator, and U.S. Army veteran who works with Heroic Hearts Project, supporting veterans and civilians navigating healing, identity shifts, and life after trauma. After years of living with PTSD and moral injury, Bren found meaningful healing through intentional plant medicine work paired with long term integration. Bren is also a participant in the documentary Ayahuasca Now, which chronicles veterans engaging with traditional Amazonian medicine in their search for healing from PTSD. The film captures Bren during her earliest experiences with plant medicine, offering an honest and intimate look at the beginning of her healing journey and the moment that helped shape her personal and professional path into this work.
