Pastor Dave Hodges is the founder of the Church of Ambrosia and Zide Door in Oakland, the world's largest psychedelic church with more than 137,000 members. What started as a conviction that entheogenic sacraments deserve the same religious protections as any other form of worship has grown into a movement. Dave has built a community where seekers, healers, and the curious come together to explore consciousness, spirituality, and connection. His work at the intersection of religious liberty and psychedelic access has been featured in Forbes, NPR, the SF Chronicle, Newsweek, NBC Bay Area, Vice, and dozens of other outlets. He is the creator of Spirituality & Beyond, the Church's annual gathering of speakers, artists, and community now entering its sixth year. Dave is based in Oakland, California, where he continues to lead, speak, and advocate.
