Rafaella Belle Lampert

Rafaella Belle Lampert is grounded in lived experience with expanded states of consciousness and informed by studies in Biological Sciences (UFSM, UDELAR), Neuroscience, and Cultural Anthropology (Arché, UDELAR). Her path integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Integrative Psychotherapy, Coaching, and other spiritual energetic healing practices. She was initiated into the Vajrayana Tibetan lineage by Lama Tsering Everest in 2019 and received the name Mangala from Bhante Buddharakkhita in 2020.
Since a deep personal crisis in 2013, her self-healing journey with ayahuasca, entheogenic, spiritual, and therapeutic practices has shaped her understanding of health, emotional regulation, trauma healing, integration, and lasting human transformation.
Bridging embodied wisdom with scientific and cultural perspectives, she is committed to honoring long-lasting healing knowledge , discerning, ethical dialogue within the global entheogenic field. Today, she works with the intersections of integrative health, ecology, consciousness, and shamanism.
She believes the arts and music are a profound pathway for healing.
