Vian Morales
Vian’s relationship with wellness began through the body. As a Division I soccer player, she learned resilience early, managing health challenges to compete at the highest level. Her journey took her from becoming the 33rd Black woman to graduate from The Citadel, to serving as a U.S. Army officer, to leading complex teams in the corporate sector for nearly two decades. But amid professional success, she saw the toll of burnout and unaddressed trauma in herself and others. When traditional systems fell short, she turned to ancestral practices—yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing—which became the foundation of her renewal. That experience transformed her life and clarified her purpose: to help others, particularly veterans and communities of color, access the tools and traditions that support deep, lasting transformation. Vian has witnessed firsthand the silent suffering of friends, colleagues, and fellow soldiers battling mental health issues—too many of whom were lost to suicide. She honors their memory by doing the work of transformation: building pathways to growth that are rooted in ancient wisdom, guided by science, and designed for equity.
