Carmen Noonan, BSN, RN is a doctoral candidate in Family Nurse Practice at Samuel Merritt University and a holistic nurse with over 14 years of experience in critical care, perioperative nursing, and clinical safety. A proud Mexiriquena, drawing from both her Mexican and Puerto Rican lineages, she bridges ancestral wisdom with integrative healthcare, centering practices that honor mind, body, spirit, and soul. Carmen is the founder of Cultivated Consciousness, where she facilitates women’s circles, retreats, and sacred medicine integration, creating spaces of reciprocity, cultural humility, and collective healing. Her work is rooted in advocacy, service, and the vision of transforming healthcare into a model that is relational, restorative, and culturally grounded.
