Jenny (Nira) Stulck is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Asheville, North Carolina. In addition to her therapy practice, Nira offers psychedelic coaching and compassionate witness support through her coaching business, Shining Rock Wellness, where she supports individuals in preparation, integration, and meaning-making around non- ordinary states of consciousness. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting people through crisis, transition, and deep inner work. Her background includes crisis management, inpatient and outpatient therapy, wilderness therapy, and individual counseling. Nira holds a BS in Social Thought and Political Economy from UMass Amherst and an MS in Clinical Mental Health from Western Carolina University. She completed the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certificate at Naropa University in 2023. With extensive experience in the psychedelic space, she has explored altered states of consciousness with Indigenous groups, mestizo lineages, and Western psychonauts, and has served as a translator and organizer for groups traveling from North America to South America. Her work integrates spiritual study, meditation, movement, and somatic awareness, grounded in ethics, harm reduction, and trauma- informed psychedelic integration.
