Laura Jimena Moyano

Jimena Moyano is an Argentine clinical psychologist specializing in expanded integration processes with psychedelics and complex trauma. With training in Psychedelic Integration (ICEERS Academy), gender and diversity, medicinal cannabis, and Mindfulness, she works at the intersection of depth psychotherapy and psychedelic medicine from an embodied understanding of the territory—without losing professional rigor. She founded Plenus Vita, a therapeutic space offering expanded integration, supervision, and training for practitioners and clients. Her practice focuses on what almost no one addresses: the self-care of therapists accompanying psychedelic processes. Based in Buenos Aires, she works with clients experiencing complex trauma and systemic disauthorization, and with therapists experiencing burnout or complex countertransference. Her approach recognizes that sustainable transformation occurs when psychedelic experience and psychotherapy are woven together completely, not as separate events. Jimena presents on countertransference, clinical supervision, and ethics of accompaniment as forms of systemic harm reduction.
