Levinson H. Niño-Leal is a researcher, analyst, and consultant with over 16 years of experience in drug policy, public health, and human rights across Latin America and the United States. His work sits at the intersection of harm reduction, social justice, and evidence-based policy, grounded in critical medical anthropology, Critical Drug Studies, and Science and Technology Studies (STS). Levinson specializes in qualitative and ethnographic research, community-based participatory methods, and advocacy alongside people who use drugs. He has extensive experience translating research into policy recommendations, programs, and public-facing outputs, bridging academic inquiry with real-world impact.
