Patricia Singh

Dr. Patricia Singh, PhD, LPCC, is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and program developer with more than two decades of experience in addiction treatment, mental health, and complex systems of care. Her work has centered on individuals and families impacted by incarceration, substance use disorders, trauma, and justice involvement, with extensive experience serving court-ordered and underserved populations across New Mexico, California, and Nevada. Dr. Singh is the co founder of Trip HōM, a medical provider collaborative offering psychedelic harm-reduction, preparation, and integration services grounded in clinical ethics, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care. She is also the co-author of Mycelopause: Uncovering the Magic of Menopause Through Psilocybin, an exploration of womenʼs mental, emotional, and spiritual health during midlife transitions. Her approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, contemplative practices, and holistic frameworks, supporting meaningful change while honoring the complexity of human experience.
